Description
Hypertonic solution with hyaluronic acid and spray-sol for nebulization of solutions.
Assembled (KIT) containing 4 medical devices bearing CE marking (nebial 3% bottle, spray-sol nebulizer, cannula needle and Luer-Lock syringe).
The 3% saline solution, contained in the Nebial bottles 3% KIT, has a decongestant action on nasal mucosa as well as a fluidizing effect on the mucus; it is recommended for daily cleaning of nasal pits especially in case of cold, rhinitis, sinusitis and in all situations of congestion of nasal mucosa. Hyaluronic acid contained in Nebial 3% flaconcini promotes the humidification of nasal pits and makes the solution more pleasant.
Nebial 3% KIT allows the nebulization of the Nebial hypertonic solution 3% bottle, using the spray-sol medical device (exclusive license patent Steve Jones srl).
The hypertonic saline solution at 3%, with addition of hyaluronic acid, contained in the bottles of Nebial 3% KIT, performs a decongesting action on nasal mucosa and has a fluidifying effect on the mucus.
It helps drain secretions and is therefore useful to maintain the cleansing of the nasal pits especially in case of colds, allergic rhinitis, rhinitis and sinusitis.
Spray-sol, is a medical device specifically designed to perform topical treatments of nasal and sinus cavities and allows rapid administration of solutions through nebulization in particles of magnitude between 10 and 20 microns, suitable for the treatment of upper airways. Thanks to its specially designed shape, it adapts ergonomically to the baby's nostril, but can also be used by the adult.

Mode of use
To use Nebial 3% KIT correctly you need:
- Put a monodose bottle and heat it in your hands before administering the solution;
- open the bottle by turning the hood, connect it to the syringe included in the package and aspire the solution to nebulize;
- screw the syringe, filled with the solution, to the special spray-sol nozzle;
- in infants and small children (under 3 years and in any case according to the level of collaboration) it is necessary to wash in position lying on one side, holding the head reclined on one side and inserting gently spray-sol in the upper nostril. Push energetically on the syringe piston to nebulize the solution;
- in older children and adults, keep the bust forward with the head slightly tilted on one side and insert spray-sol in the upper nostril. Push on the syringe piston to nebulize the solution;
- repeat the same operations for the other nostril, trying to equally divide the solution contained in the syringe between the two nostrils, during the treatment the nebulized solution can drip from the nose;
- after each use store the spray-sol nebulizer, syringe, cannula needle and cover-syringe elephant in the appropriate container, after having carefully washed and dried.
It is advisable to comply with the following frequency of use:
- Milkers: instill some drops in each nostril, several times a day, usually before the stern or before sleeping.
- Children and adults: 1-3 washes for nostrils, 2-3 times daily.

Components
Sodium chloride, sodium hyaluronate, potassium bibasic phosphate, potassium monobasic phosphate, water.

It contains no preservatives.

Allergens (gluten, milk or lactoderivates, others).

Warnings
- Nebial solution 3% is not injectable.
- Use the product exclusively for the intended use.
- In children under 6 years of age and in case of concomitant pharmacological therapy use after medical advice.
- In case of adverse reactions suspend the use of the product and contact your doctor.
- Do not use in case of known incompatibility or allergy to any component of the preparation.

- The use of Nebial 3% flaconcini is not recommended in the event of injuries and escoriations of nasal mucosa or nasal bleeding predisposition.
- In case of use of the aerosol solution, it is recommended to follow the instructions of the appliance.
- After use, close the bottle immediately. Do not use in case of damaged container.
- Before any use, check that the syringe, spray-sol and cannula needle are not damaged; if they are damaged, do not use them to perform nebulization.
- Use the spray-sol nebulizer until the mechanical integrity and the ability to nebulize the solution is maintained. It is recommended not to use spray-sol and syringe over 6 months after first use.
- The use of spray-sols by children or persons not self-sufficient, must be supervised by an adult who has read these instructions. spray-sol is indicated for use by only one patient, but can be used several times. Therefore, careful cleaning is very important after each use to ensure its optimal operation and ensure its durability. Wash spray-sol under the warm current water, with the possible addition of a neutral soap drop (not abrasive). Before cleaning it, dry spray-sol with a soft cloth.
- Wash under siring current water, needle-cannula and cover-syringe elephant and make sure that all components are completely dry before repositioning them inside the customizable container.
- Do not use good spray-sol under 3 months of age.
- Keep away from the reach and sight of children.
Hypertonic solutions, especially in small children, can cause modest discomfort to the first applications with auricular ovation and burning sensation of the nasal mucosa, and, rarely, epistassi. Symptoms that regress once the therapy is suspended.
The product showed only one undesirable effect of poor relevance, described as a cough blow and slight nasal burning sensation.
The tests carried out on the product to date have not evidenced phenomena of sensitization.
The substances contained in Nebial 3% are of proven safety and allow for repeated use.

Conservation
Nebial 3% KIT must be kept away from light and heat sources (do not store the solution in the refrigerator).
Validity of whole packaging: 36 months.
Post-opening validation: 12 hours.
