Ingredients

Biotin (vitamin B8)	13,5 μg	27%
Other ingredients: lactose; thickener: arabic rubber; iron phosphate; magnesium phosphate; potassium sulphate.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 4 granules 3 times a day. Let it melt on the tongue.
