Ashvagandha, Jatamansi and Brahmi facilitate relaxation and mental well-being; Long pepper acts favorably as a suitableogenic tonic.

Ingredients
Powder of: Long pepper (Piper longum L.) fructus, Ashvagandha [Somnifera (L.) Dunal.] radix, Brahmi [Bacopa monnieri (L.) Pennell] herba, Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi DC.) radix; stabilizer: arabic rubber; antiagglomerating: magnesium silicate.

Mode of use
Take 2 tablets half an hour before bedtime.

Warnings
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
The product should not be understood as a substitute for a varied diet.

Conservation
Validity of packaging: 36 months.
