Creatine monohydrate, fructose, L-arginine, carnitine hydrochloride; acidifier: citric acid; beta-alanine, orange juice powder, taurine, aroma, guarana (Paullinia cupana Kunt) seeds dry extract titrated to 8% caffeine; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; coenzyme Q10; emulsifier: esters of sucrose of fatty acids; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); colorants: beet root red, betacarotene; PidoZinc zinc plated; eulcorant: sucralose; selenium L-methionine.
Without gluten.
Of course without lactose.

Mode of use
1 sachet per day, to dissolve in a glass of water (200 ml), preferably in the morning.
