Laxative indicated in the treatment of occasional and chronic constipation in adults, teenagers and children.
It is based on polyethylene glycol (PEG) and Psillio. The association of these substances, in the presence of liquids, mechanically exercises a laxative effect due to the increase of the fecal volume. The physiological consequence is a better propulsive advance in the colon of softened feces and a facilitation of defecation.
Without preservatives. Gluten free.

Ingredients
Polyethylene glycol; semi-psyllium psillium (Plantago psyllium) cuticle; goma garar; citric acid; orange aroma; silicon dioxide; sweeteners: sorbitol, acesulphame K, sucralose.

Mode of use
• Adults: 2 envelopes per day preferably morning and evening.
• Children and teenagers from 6 to 14 years: 1 bag per day.
Open an envelope and pour the contents into a drink glass (200 ml). Fill with natural water (not gassed). Mix well for about 10 seconds and drink immediately after diluting the powder. The possible increase in consistency of the solution is a characteristic of the product. In order to obtain an optimal result it is recommended to drink later 1-2 glasses of water. It can be taken at any time of the day, at least half an hour before bedtime.
Generally the duration of treatment is about 2 weeks. If constipation is caused by a disease such as Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis or if you are taking other products that cause constipation, your doctor may recommend taking the product for a longer period of 2 weeks. Generally in long-term treatment the dose is 1 envelope per day.

When should not be used
Do not use in case of:
• esophageal or gastrointestinal stenosis;
• blocking of the intestine (intestinal obstruction, ileo);
• perforation of the intestinal wall;
• severe bowel pathology such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or toxic megacolon;
• individual hypersensitivity to one of the product components.

Interactions with other products
Due to the increase in the rate of gastro-intestinal transit induced by the product, there is the possibility that its use in conjunction with other products or drugs can temporarily reduce intestinal absorption. In addition, Psillio seeds could enhance the effect of hypocholesterolemic and hypoglycemic products or drugs. Therefore in such fees it is advisable to take the product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking such products or medicines; it is however so easy to consult the doctor.

Undesirable effects
The medical device is usually well tolerated since its mechanism of action is physical/mechanical and does not depend on systemic absorption.
During its intake, undesirable effects such as mal digestion, stomach pain or brontoli, swelling, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, anal irritation and slight diarrhea may occur. These are effects that improve by reducing the dose. In case of allergic reactions, stop taking and contact your doctor. If any undesirable effect occurs, please inform your doctor or pharmacist.

Warnings
Safety of use during pregnancy and nursing has not been demonstrated. In such circumstances, consult your doctor.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Avoid contact with eyes.

Conservation and expiry
The expiry date is indicated on the package and envelope; refers to the product in intact packaging, properly preserved. Do not use this date or if the packaging is open or damaged.
Store the device well closed, in a cool and dry place, sheltered from light and heat.
