Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, zinc and selenium. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to take sleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, just before bedtime, of 1 mg melatonin) and relieves the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, just before bedtime, of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination).
Zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Selenium is also useful for normal thyroid function, while zinc for normal cognitive function.
Chamomile is known for its effect on relaxation and mental well-being.

Maltodextrin; sweeteners: mannitol, sucralose; zinc sucrosomal UltraZin, sucrosomal selenium UltraSel, C2P Tech [miscela di oligoelementi (calcio, cloro, fosforo, zolfo, magnesio, potassio, sodio, ferro, manganede, zinco, rame, selenio) in polvere, alfaciclodestrina], polydestrose, honey powder; charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Matricaria chamomilla L. flowers e.s.; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium vegetable stearate, colloidal silica; paper (Carthamus tictorius L.) flowers e.s., melatonin.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take a chewable tablet a day, in the evening, just before bedtime.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product is intended for adults only, do not administer to children and teenagers. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C, sheltered from light and away from heat sources.
