Mode of use
1. Preparation: wash your hands before opening the container. Always open immediately before use. Do not use if the content or container is visibly damaged. Before inserting the vaginal ring, check that it has not expired.
The applicator is designed for use only with the vaginal ring, not with other products.
2. Loading and installation: pull back the plunger gently until it stops.
String the opposite sides of the ring and insert the ring into the opening of the applicator tube.
Gently push the ring into the tube. The end part of the ring must protrude slightly from the opening of the applicator tube.
Choose the most comfortable position to insert the ring, for example lying, crouched or standing with a raised leg.
3. Insertion and removal: place the thumb and the average on the grip area.
Gently insert the applicator tube into the vagina until the fingers (the applicator handle) are in contact with its body. Then use the index finger to gently push and to the bottom the plunger into the tube.
The ring is pushed out of the applicator. Remove the applicator gently. For use also see the leaflet.
Make sure the ring is no longer in the applicator. Throw away the applicator used with waste. Do not throw the applicator into the drain of the toilet. Do not reuse the applicator.
Warnings
- Do not re-use the applicator; is designed to be used once.
- Don't share the applicator with other people.
- If the applicator is accidentally dropped, wash the applicator with hot or cold water (NON with very hot water).
- Dispose the applicator into the waste immediately after use.
- Don't throw the applicator in the toilet drain.
- Store the package after using the applicator; in case it has problems with the contact applicator the manufacturer indicating the batch number and the expiry date printed on the package.
- Use the applicator with vaginal rings containing as active ingredients Etonogestrel/Etininilestradiol.
Conservation
Store at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C.
