Ingredients
Streptococcus thermophilus; bifidobacterium short; bifidobacterium longum; bifidobacterium infantis; lactobacillus acidophilus; lactobacillus plantarum; lactobacillus casei; lactobacillus bulgaricus; magnesium stearate.

Mode of use
Start with 2 capsules for 2 times a day for 10 days; continue with 2 capsules in the morning for at least 1 month or a sachet per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
