Class III CE medical device, cleaning solution for wounds, with polyesanide and betaine for cleaning and decontamination of wounds with patina. She pulls the biofilm and melts the patina.
Ready-to-use solution with polyesanide and betaine deterges and wet acute and chronic wounds as well as burns of grade 1 and 2. Dissolves the fibrine patins by safeguarding the tissues, disconnects the biofilms, prevents the reform of the biofilms, detaches the residues of medications. Ideal for the preparation of the wound bed, it does not interfere with granulation and epitelization has a high tolerance for cells and tissues. Suitable for repeated and long-term use. Pencil application.

Components
0.1 % polyhexanide; 0.1 % betaine; 99.8 % purified water; glycerol, hydroxyethylcellulose.

Contraindications
- Known or suspicious allergies.
- do not use in the region of SNC and the meninges, in the middle and inner ear and in the eyes.
- use on ialine cartilage and aseptic joints.
- do not mix with other soaps, ointments, oils, enzymes etc. for detersion of wounds.

Mode of use
Use for irrigation directly from the bottle, or for the wet-dry phase.
- Heat at body temperature (e.g. in warm-biberon).
- For the wet-dry phase apply the gauze tablet abundantly moistened on and beyond the edges of the wound.
- Compatible with the main medications for wounds available on the market (except for worms).
- Also suitable for infected wounds.
- Recommended use in V.A.C. Instill Therapy.
