Description
food supplement powder, natural derived from the cuticle of Psillio seeds (Plantago ovata), is a fiber that absorbs liquids and increases its volume, forming a soft gel and facilitating intestinal transit. Suitable for vegetarian and vegan. Without preservatives. No sugar. Also suitable in pregnancy.

psillio seed cuticle fiber (Plantago ovata Forsk) pure to 99%, Bacillus coagulans (sporogenes) BC4 MDX 50 mld/g UFC, citrus aroma (without sugar).

Nutritional characteristics
Mode of use
Take 1 scoop (4,5 g) from one to two times a day, at least 30 minutes before meals. Pour the product into a glass of non-carbonated natural water (about 200 ml), or juice, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately. The possible increase in consistency of the preparation (forming the gel) is a characteristic of the excellent quality of the product. If necessary adjust the consistency of the preparation by increasing the amount of water. The product must be taken immediately after preparation. Any quantity not taken must be eliminated.
Warnings
