Ingredients
Griffonia simplifolia dry extract (titled 93% in 5-hydroxytriptophan) 80 mg; crataegus oxyacantha dry extract 100 mg; calyphuric escholtzia dry extract 100 mg; passiflora embodied dry extract 150 mg; papaver rhoeas dry extract 50 mg; vitamin B6 6 mg.

Mode of use
1-3 tablets distributed throughout the day, depending on the need. If necessary, as an alternative, you can take 1-2 tablets half an hour before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended doses. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet. The product must be kept out of reach of children under three years of age.
