Description
It is composed only of pure honey (at 100%), standardized and radiated to gamma rays with high enzymatic concentration.
It performs an effective constant antibacterial action thanks to the high release of hydrogen peroxide at 3°/°°°°; gluconic acid creates a pH 3.5 acid environment to inhibit bacterial proliferation.
The product meets all stages of the T.I.M.E:
• allows the management of the wound bed (through autolithic debridement);
• manages infections due to bacterial and bacteriostatic action;
• attracts fluids, reduces exudate production and protects the margins of injury;
• stimulates fibroblastic activity by promoting and accelerating skin regeneration.
Indications
• For reduction of bacterial charge in ulcers with modest exudate;
• to encourage necrotic injuries;
• for the deep detersion of injuries;
• suitable for the management of chronic, acute, infected, deep and cavitarian lesions, for pressure ulcers, vascular ulcers, diabetic foot, ulcers of various etiology, surgical wounds and burns of 1° and 2° degree.
Mode of use
Clean the wound with physiological solution, apply a thin layer of product and perform a bandage with secondary dressing.
