Posology and methods of use
Melt the contents of a bag into a glass of water. We recommend a sachet per day to be taken on a full stomach.

Description
Food supplement of creatine, mineral salts and useful vitamins in subjects with lack of supply of such nutrients due to food deficiencies or increased organic requirements.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet. The product contains aspartame. In case of prolonged use the opinion of the doctor is necessary.

Contraindications
The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney disease, pregnancy and under 12 years.

Store the product in a cool, dry place and protected from light.
