Description
Food supplement useful to promote sleep thanks to listening. Melatonin facilitates the fall asleep phase. Serenotte also contains L-theanine.
Ingredients
Charging agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropylcellulose; (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) aerial part e.s. titolato allo 0.2% alkaloids total expressed as protopine, L-theanine, red poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) flowers e.s.; anti-agglomerating agents: reticulated sodium carbossimetilcellulose, silicon dioxide, fatty acid magnesium salts; corn starch, aroma, melatonin.

Mode of use
To reduce the time required to take sleep it is recommended to take 1 tablet (corresponding to 1 mg of melatonin) with a little water before bedtime.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet. Pregnancy and nursing are not recommended.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place.
