Glucosamine sulphate 25%; hydrolyzed gelatin 25%; methylsulphonylmethane 10%; concentrated juice pineapple 3:1 8%; dry extract bamboo 6%; boswelia gommoresina 6%; fishpep 6%; equiseto grass 5%; hyaluronic acid 3%;coenzyme Q10 2%; thickeners: arabic rubber 2%; microcrystalline cellulose 2%; magesio stearato.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets at lunch and 2 at dinner.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
