Niacin contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B1 contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system. Biotin contributes to normal energy metabolism and macronutrients and normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal formation of red blood cells and contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
