Posology and Mode of Use:
puts a spoon of mixture in a cup and pour over about 150cc of boiling water, leaves to rest covering for about 10 minutes, then it filters and sweetens to taste. It is preferable to hire in the evening before going to bed.
Warnings:
do not use breastfeeding under 12 years of age during pregnancy.
