Description
Food supplement based on withania, griffonia, hawthorn and melissa, with magnesium, zinc, vitamins of group B and melatonin.
Plant extracts promote physiological relaxation and mental well-being.
B vitamins contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Melissa contributes to normal mood tone.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before coricating of 1 mg of melatonin.

Charge officer: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium oxide, withania root e.s. (Withania somnifera L. Dunal) tit. 2.5% withanolidi; anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; griffonia seeds e.s. [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] tit. 25% 5-hydroxytriptophan, hawthorn flowers and leaves e.s. [Crataegus monogyna Jacq. et Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC.] tit. 1% total flavonoids, melissa leaves e.s. (Melissa officinalis) L.) tit. 2% rosemary acid, zinc gluconate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavine), melatonin.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily, to swallow with a plentiful sip of water.
