Sterile medical device that, thanks to the presence of Adelmidrol, optimizes the restoration of the surface integrity of the urothelium determined by the endovescyclic instillation of hyaluronic acid.
The presence of Adelmidrol makes it possible to restore the physiological level of Palmitoiletanolamide in the vescyclical interstitium diminished by the inflammatory phenomenon resulting in the progressive loss of control of normal regulation of endovescyclic mastocytes.
In this way, the phenomenon of depolimerization of hyaluronic acid is controlled, both instilled and naturally present in urothelium, on which the ability of polysaccharide to restore the surface integrity of urothelium depends.
Therefore, the association of the two active ingredients, hyaluronic acid and Adelmidrol, determines a synergistic effect that can restore the surface integrity of the urothelium altered by dysmetabolic situations associated with inflammatory noxae of different origin.
Indications
Sterile medical device for endo-vescyclic instillations, intended to form a protective and waterproof barrier that favors the natural restoration of the surface integrity of the urothelium altered by dysmetabolic situations associated with inflammatory noxae of different origin.
Mode of use
1 endo-vescyclic instillation every 7 days or other indication of the doctor.
Warnings
The instillation of Vessilen by catheter must be carried out by competent medical personnel through probe, syringe or cannula. Vessilen is a disposable medical device. Do not sterilize again, do not reuse portions of unused solution, do not use if the packaging is open or damaged as the sterility of the product is compromised. The reuse of the device could result in the risk of contamination of the patient. No known side effects of the product if used according to the manufacturer's instructions. There are no known interactions between Vessilen and medicinal products normally used in reference pathologies. The product is not indicated for subjects already sensitive to the components present in the formulation. Stop the treatment in case of occurrence of any unwanted effect. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
