Ingredients
Sugar, water; aqueous extract of: Amalaki (Phyllanthus embly L.) fructus, Shatavari [Asparagus racemosus (Willd.) Oberm.] radix, Mandukparni (Urban Asian Centella) herba; Cardamom powder (Elettaria cardamomum Maton.) semen; aqueous extract of: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.Rhizoma, Brahmi [Bacopa monnieri (L.) Pennell] herba, Finocchio (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fructus, Ashvagandha [Somnifera (L.) Dunal.] radix; preservative: sodium benzoate; acidity regulator: citric acid; aqueous extract of Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi DC.radix.

Mode of use
Take 5 ml twice a day before meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food complements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice.
