Description
Food supplement based on creatine, arginine, carnitine, magnesium and potassium, with zinc, iron, vitamins C and B12, useful in cases of reduced intake or increased requirements. Magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function. In addition, magnesium, iron and vitamins (C and B12) contribute to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue. The formulation is enriched by the presence of zinc, which together with vitamin C, is useful for protecting cells from oxidative stress and for the normal function of the immune system.

Mode of use
One or two sachets a day, to be taken by melting the content in a glass of abundant water.
