Clistere whose purpose is to soften the feces, in order to favor the normal elimination by the intestine that, thanks to the peristaltic motor reaction, after being filled and dilated by the water, introduced thanks to the sprinkler Visi-Flow, is countered favoring its complete emptying. In irrigation, cholestomized finds an alternative method to regain control of the intestinal function and to overcome the inconveniences due to the continuous fecal drainage. The fundamental objectives of this practice are:
- adjust the pace of evacuation;
- educate the intestine and get used to working at fixed and predictable hours.

Technical information
The irrigation kit, contained in a practical and discreet case, includes:
- a graduated bag for water containment;
- a tube with tap and flow viewer;
- an anatomical cone made of hypoallergenic plastic material
- a brush for the maintenance of the sprinkler and its cleaning.
The bag for water containment is graduated every 500 cc (from 0 to 2.000cc) with indelible blue ink. The overall capacity of the bag is 2,000 cc. In its upper part are present: A practical hole to hang the irrigation system to the wall; A pressure-reliable porthole for the introduction of water. The bag is completely transparent and is made with soft plastic films, flexible and waterproof to liquids and odors; all factors that guarantee its strength and quality. The connection tube, 158 cm long, ensures total comfort and complete movement autonomy to patients throughout irrigation. Moreover, thanks to the regulator and the flow viewer, the pazientè can constantly control and manage the entire irrigation process independently. The anatomical irrigation cone is made of soft hypoallergenic plastic material and is also available in single packaging so that it can be replaced as soon as desired.

The whole irrigation system is made of high quality, hypoallergenic and particularly resistant materials that allow reliable and prolonged use. The large capacity of the bag makes the sprinkler particularly versatile and adaptable to the different needs (when filled through the oblo, no further water shaves are required). The flow regulator on the pipe allows the precise adjustment of the amount of water to be administered, with the possibility of interrupting the flow completely, if necessary. The flow indicator allows constant visual control of the actual flow of water. The cone, made of hypoallergenic plastic softsin, eliminates any risk of injury to the stoma and adverse events. The toothbrush inside the Kit allows the practical and accurate cleaning of all components.
