OTHER MEDICINAL PRODUCTS
Coadjuvant cream in healing processes.
Vulnamin is a cream of non-animal origin that can be used as a coadjuvant to facilitate the healing of wounds on which it is not possible to intervene by suture and which have injured the dermis, as chronic ulcerative wounds, decubitate wounds. It facilitates faster tissue regeneration and maintains the ideal humidity conditions to promote the re-epitelization of skin lesions.
Vulnamin is an invasive medical device made in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC MDD; it is intended to assist the process of cellular reintegration to facilitate fast wound healing. Thanks to its action, it promotes the reconstruction of connective tissue and the consequent regeneration of epithelial cells.
Unlike many of the astringent substances that determine vasoconstriction, soaps that can generally cause edema or dehydration, or clutches with alcohol that can damage by removing the fats of the skin tissue making the skin dry and easier to crack, Vulnamin cream promotes the elimination of necrotic tissues, protects the integrity of the skin. Keeping the injury under observation continues. The interval between dressing changes depends essentially on the condition of the wound. Initially, daily replacements may be required. After a few days, the interval between the dressing changes can be extended up to a maximum of 3 days.
Mode of use
Apply a layer of cream to the extent of the wound. On the ulcerative fact perform the dressing with a variable frequency based on the extent of the wound and the rapid absorption of Vulnamin.
