It is a medical device made in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC MDD. It is intended to promote the restoration of the humid microenvironment in particularly dry wounds while at the same time assisting the phase of detersion and granulation of the non-determination skin lesions.
Interactive medicine based on hyaluronate sodium and collagen constitutive amino acids, in fluid gel formulation, aimed at promoting the formation of granulation tissue and tissue regeneration. It also facilitates the detersion of the wound.
Vulnamin spray protects the integrity of the skin, finding use in early stages of lesions with a preventive effect on the evolution of the skin. In the skin lesions of various origin, Vulnamin spray facilitates detersion and formation of granulation tissue, and therefore regeneration of the lesion area. Vulnamin spray also reduces inflammatory infiltrate and at the same time stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen.
The versatile formulation of Vulnamin spray allows it to be used in areas that are difficult to reach and particularly painful to contact. The application on skin not yet ulcerated but with ulcerative evolution prodromes, promotes the maintenance of a microprotective environment on the integrity of the skin itself. In the treatment of skin ulcers of various origin, with slowing of the scarring, lesions with medium or poor exused, both detergents and colonized, be they flat or cavitaries, Vulnamin spray facilitates the detersion and coadjuvetes the recovery of tissue repair. Do not use on free infection. In colonized lesions combine a secondary antibacterial dressing.
Mode of use
Spray Vulnamin spray on the skin affected by pre-ulcerative injuries 1 or 2 times a day. Vulnamin spray is also indicated in necrosis-free skin ulcerative lesions and infection (red phase). The interval between dressing changes depends essentially on the condition of the wound. The change of dressing must be measured at the exudation of the wound; it is recommended to replace at alternate times or, at most, every three days. Wash and clean the lesion and spray an adequate amount of product, using as a secondary dressing the most appropriate to the condition of the injury.
Components
Purified water, sodium hyaluronate, glycine, L-proline, L-leucine, L-lisina HCl, methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate salt sodium, propylene 4-hydroxybenzoate salt sodium, propylenglycol, EDTA tetrasodium.
Warnings
Remove from the wound any foreign material by spraying physiological solution from the inside of the wound to the outside. Before carrying out the dressing wash your hands thoroughly. After carefully clean the area to be treated, gently pat the wound with garze to remove excess blood. If the injury does not require further interventions, after cleaning the wound, apply Vulnamin spray as described in the indications of use.
It is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity ascertained towards the components. No known overdose phenomena. No known side effects. There are no known interactions with drugs and medicinal substances. Although no known side effects in case of pregnancy and breastfeeding it is appropriate to apply according to the doctor's judgment. Vulnamin spray is a product characterized by good tolerance; occasionally you can experience burning sensations, due to the hypertonity of the product that characterizes its effectiveness in detersion. This feeling, however, tends to resolve spontaneously.
The expiry refers to the closed and properly preserved product. Product intended for external use. Do not use after the expiry date. Don't sterilize. Do not use if the package is open or damaged. Do not use in case of proven hypersensitivity to components. It is not recommended to use drying materials in combination with Vulnamin spray. Keep out of reach of children. In case of adverse reactions stop treatment and consult your doctor.
Conservation
Vulnamin spray should be stored at a temperature between 8° and 30°C. Do not store in the fridge. Store in a cool and dry place, sheltered from moisture and heat sources.
