Mode of use
It is recommended to take 2 500 mg capsules half an hour before the morning meal noon and evening for body weight up to 80 kg.
Take, preferably before the main meals, 3 g per day of zeolite, corresponding to 6 500 mg capsules.
In the case of high oxidative stress it is possible to double the dose.
In the first 2 weeks of intake it is recommended to start with the lowest dosage.
Zeolite can be taken with non-carbonated natural water, but also with milk, yogurt, juices and juices.
