DescriptionFood supplement in monodose bags based on magnesium, vitamin B6 and 4 selected and dosed plant extracts specifically among them to meet the needs of the woman during the premenstrual phase and to help to counter the most common disorders: agnocaste and bedbug contribute to counteract premenstrual phase disorders and cycle days, vitamin B6 promotes hormonal activity regulation, Gri onia promotes hunger sense control and Bardana promotes body fluid drainage.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin, biphasic magnesium [ossido di magnesio, idrossido di magnesio, fibra di barbabietola (Beta vulgaris L.); agenti di carica: cellulosa microcristallina, idrossi-propil-metilcellulosa; stabilizzante: gomma d'acacia], agnocasto (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruit e.s, cimicifuga (Actaea racemosa L.) root e.s., Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] seed seed e.s.; acidity corrector: citric acid; aroma, burdock (Arctium lappa L.) root e.s.; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; eulcorante: steviol glycosides from stevia; vitamin B6 (pyridosin hydrochloride).

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day in the week before the menstrual cycle preferably in the morning; it is recommended to take 2 sachets per day during the cycle days. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (about 200 ml). Mix well before drinking. Any residues of unsoluble powder inside the glass can be taken with the addition of little water.
Warnings
Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and should be used in a healthy lifestyle. The product must be kept out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For use and duration of intake it is recommended to consult your doctor. Do not use however in case of dysfunction or liver disease.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 40°C, sheltered from light and away from heat sources.
