Small cup suitable for those who are under 30 years old and have never had children, unless childbirth has been cesarean.
Large cup suitable for those who are over 30 years old and had children with natural birth.
Mode of use
Before any operation always wash your hands thoroughly. Check, both visually and at the touch, the FarmaCup paying attention to the small holes present on the wider circumference, fundamental to facilitate the extraction and unlock the "sigillo" effect; it is important therefore that they are always free. If necessary, remove any obstruction by passing a small needle through the same. Remove the FarmaCup by immersing it in the water and boiling it at least 5-7 minutes. Make sure you have completely immersed the cup in the water; this will avoid damaging it. Sterilization should be done at every beginning of the cycle.
After checking and cleaning you can proceed with the insertion of the FarmaCup; this operation is easy: if you relax it will be even more. For the first time it may be necessary to do some practice in order to find the most suitable location, both to insert it and to remove it, practice that at first it is recommended to do during the last two days of the cycle where the flow is less abundant. To insert it, especially for the very young, it may be necessary to use a water-based lubricant or insert it having the kindness to wet it with water. The correct positioning is lower than a normal internal absorbent.
For inserting wash your hands with a neutral soap and fold the FarmaCup in half vertically, as if a “U” should be formed, holding it between the thumb and the index. With the other hand widen the large lips gently and insert the cup folded to “U” inside the vagina. It must be inserted so that it stops at about one phalanx from the outside. Finally check with the fingers that FarmaCup is adherent to the walls of the vagina.
For an easy extraction take a comfortable, possibly crouched position and relax the abdominal muscles. Wash hands with a neutral soap and insert the index and thumb into the vagina, pressing the cup at the base or, if necessary, insert a finger along the external wall by helping with the stem or contracting and releasing the vaginal muscles that can hold the cup. Let one edge go first and then the other, alternating the two opposite sides of the FarmaCup cup. It is possible to notice a noise of the cup from the vaginal walls: this is the "seal or empty" effect that must be unlocked before extracting it. If you should realize that the cup does not frighten yourself but continue to relax. If the vaginal muscles are in tension they will retain it further; there is no danger that the cup “lose” inside. Then slip the cup gently tilting it slightly; this will allow you to extract it easily without accidentally overthrowing the content. Finally empty the cup in the toilets and, once rinse thoroughly, this can be reinserted.
Warnings
Remember to empty, rinse and re-enter the FarmaCup every 4/8 hours, according to the flow. To clean the cup, in addition to boiling it, it is also possible to immerse it in a 5% solution of sodium hypochlorite (following the instructions provided by the manufacturer of this solution) and not exceeding the dive time that normally is about 10 minutes. Do not use aggressive products that can damage the cup and cause irritations, especially corrosive products, essential oils and scented soaps. Don't put the FarmaCup in the dishwasher.
It is not a contraceptive method and that does not protect from sexually transmitted diseases.
If you experience burning or pain during urination extract the cup immediately.

The cup should be removed before any sexual intercourse but it is not necessary to extract it for urination or defecation.

The Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) is an extremely severe pathology caused by a bacterial toxin linked to the Aureus Staphylococcus. TSS is often associated with the use of traditional tampons. His symptoms are similar to those of flu and include: high and sudden fever (> of 39°C), muscle pain, vomiting, headache, diarrhea, dizziness, fainting, rashes similar to an erythema or an insolation. If you have to find one of these symptoms, remove FarmaCup and immediately consult a Medico.
If you have previously suffered from TSS, consult your physician before using the FarmaCup cup.
The Gambo should not give any sense of discomfort and it is important that it does not get out of the vagina. If it should be too long for your body and possible to shorten it so that it arrives only until the edge, having the gentleness of rounding any edges that could be created as a result of the cut. The stem will be shortened only after determining with certainty that it is too long, so after using the cup several times. In the hypothesis that the stem is completely to be cut it is possible to do it but only if you are sure to be able to extract it even without its help. The first clue that helps to realize that the stem is to be cut is given by the discomfort that you might have in sitting or walking. Cut a small piece at a time and try the length to avoid cutting the stem too short.
If your FarmaCup is properly positioned you will not have any losses. In case this happens, this can be due to its position, the stem, adherence, measurement.
