Description
Food supplement based on melatonin and natural extracts of melissa, escolzia and griffonia. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time necessary to take sleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin); the escoltia contributes to relaxation; griffonia contributes to normal mood tone and promotes relaxation and mental well-being.
Ingredients
Melissa e.s. (Melissa officinalis) leaves tit. 4% in rosemary acid, e.s. of griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) semi tit. 20% in 5-HTP (5-hydroxytriptophan), e.s. of Californian escolzia (Eschscholzia californica) aerial parts tit. 0.3% in protopine; capsule: animal jelly; GABA (range-amino-butyric acid), melatonin.
Without gluten and lactose.
