Description
Low protein and phenylalanine caramel cookies. Prepared with ingredients that have allowed to obtain cookies with a reduced supply of protein and amino acids, with controlled amounts of sodium and potassium. Indicated in feeding people suffering from chronic kidney failure, phenylchetonuria and other aminoacidopathies.

Ingredients
Amido of wheat, cane sugar, potato starch, maize starch, maltodextrin, sunflower oil, fiber (inulin, oligofruttose), modified tapioca starch, emulsifier (E471, E475 and soy lecithin), yeast agent (E450, E500), colorant (caramello 0,4%), thickener (methylcellulose).
