Ingredients
Organic fennel fruit (Foenicolum vulgare Mill.) 100%.
Without gluten
Mode of use
To prepare an excellent infusion pour boiling water in a cup (about 150 ml), put a phytic sachet and leave to rest for 5-8 minutes; cover the container not to disperse the most volatile substances.
Before removing the filter bag press slightly with the back of the teaspoon. Use a bag per cup.
The infusion obtained can be sweetened to taste with sugar or honey.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.
