can be used in the treatment of dry wounds up to hyperexuding when it is necessary to prevent adhesions between wound and wrapping, such as burns, radiation damage, dermatological transplants, abrasions etc.
Features:
non-adherent dressing without active ingredients that allows an atraumatic change.
It consists of a fabric of filaments in rayon-viscosa impregnated with petrolatum. The filaments are soaked before weaving so as to leave the pores open and allow the drainage of the exudates and the perspiration of the wound.
