Food supplement based on pure melatonin 1 mgpotentiated with griffonia and valerian. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time required to sleep* and to alleviate the effects of jet-lag**. The dry extract of griffonia promotes mental well-being and normal mood tone, the dry extract of valerian can promote relaxation in stress situations. The mini-compresses, easy to swallow, are characterized by a "fast/slow" modulated release system that allows a transfer of fast and prolonged components.
*The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.
**The beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Ingredients
Valeriana (valeriana officinalis l., radix) dry extract; edulcorante: mannitolo; charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearina; griffonia (simplicifolia (dc.) baill., semen) dry extract; antiagglomerants: talc; silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate; coloring: titanium dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, lacquered rubber; melatonin.

Mode of use
1 mini-compressed a day just before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place away from the light and localized heat sources, from solar rays and avoid contact with water.
