Description
Sterile ophthalmic solution based on ipromellose and inositol.
The ipromellosa is a polymer that has the property to thicken and stabilize the lacrimal film on the surface of the cornea creating a protective shield, transparent and viscoelastic.
Inositol, contained in the product, can help to counter the oxidizing action of free radicals produced in the situations of astenopy and accommodative effort and can support muscle metabolic processes, favoring the contractual response.
It is a moisturizing tear replacement and useful lubricant in case of eye disorders caused by environmental, visual and mechanical stress, also due to asthenopy and accommodative effort.
Mode of use
Instill 1-2 drops in the joint bag 2-3 times a day or more according to medical advice. The product can be instilled in the eye even when contact lenses are worn.
Components
Main component: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, inositol.
Other components: sodium chloride, sodium phosphate monobasic bihydrate, sodium phosphate bibasic bihydrate, EDTA bisodium, N-hydroxymethylglycinate, water for injectable preparations.
Warnings
- Contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity known to the components of the product or other substances closely related to the chemical point of view.
- The product is only for external ophthalmic use.
- To eliminate the risk of contamination of the solution, avoid the dripmeter coming into contact with the eye or with other objects.
- In order to avoid injury of the eye surface, avoid the instillation of the eye drops into contact with the eye.
- Reclose the bottle well after use.
- Do not use the product in conjunction with topical ophthalmic drugs; if other ophthalmic medications are used, besides the product, pass a range of 10 minutes between the two applications.
- Before use check that the bottle is intact.
In contact lens wearers, the product should be given between wear and wear.
No undesirable effects are known after product administration. In case of adverse reactions suspend the use of the product and consult a doctor. After the application of the product can be a slight and passenger visual blur.
Conservation
Do not store above 25 °C. Do not use the product after the expiry date.
Do not disperse in the environment.
Post-opening validation: 28 days.
Validity of whole packaging: 24 months.
