Plates for cholestomy, ileostomy and urostomyConform 2 CeraPlus convex plate is a medical device to be used with Conform 2 bags for Colostomia, Ileostomia and Urostomia.
Square plate with rounded corners, size 10x10 cm for standard sizes (14400 and 15400), 12,5x12,5 cm for size Large (17400). Maximum flexibility and adaptability to the contours of the body, against the risk of infiltration.
Hollister synthetic adhesive, facilitates application, ensures immediate adhesion and improves safety in use.
Hydrocolloid CeraPlus, contains ceramides, ideal to maintain healthy peristomal skin.
Convex profile, depth of about 4.5 mm, atrumatic, with anatomically designed design for uniform pressure on the whole area concerned.
Self-supporting protective barrier with differentiated thickness, extremely flexible, with decreasing thickness from the centre to the edges.
Retaliable from 13 mm, more adaptability to irregular stocks.
Transparent protection film with tab and cut-out guide, to facilitate the inspection of hydrocolloid, preparation and application.
Floating flange (Hollister Incorporated patent) with Center Point Lock coupling mechanism, designed to allow atraumatic application without pressure on the abdomen, makes the sack-plaque system less rigid and more comfortable. Ultra thin allows maximum freedom of movement. A "Clic" confirming the closure of the locking mechanism ensures absolute safety.
Without latex, DEHP, DBP and BBP.

Idrocolloide CeraPlus: PIB, CMC, Pectina and Ceramidi made with Remois Technology.
Synthetic additive Hollister.
PE flange with support (flatter) in Saranex.
Written protection film in PE.
Polymeric hydrocolloid support film.
Mode of use
It is recommended to keep the plaque in place from 2 to 7 days.
Warnings
There is no known contraindication to the use of this device.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place away from heat sources.
Validity of packaging: 24 months.
No special disposal protocols required.
Format
