Description

Medical device indicated for Colostomia, Ileostomia and Urostomia. Two-piece system for use with Conform 2. Square plate with rounded corners, size approx 100x100 mm, maximum flexibility and adaptability to the contours of the body, against the risk of infiltration. Idrocolloide FormaFlex ensures a total adaptability to the shape of the stoma without use of scissors and maintains the date form. Protective barrier with differentiated thickness with circular reliefs and anelastic PE support film, high resistance for high durability in use. Ideal for every type of stomia, it guarantees maximum skin protection in the peristomal area. Suitable for use with a diameter of 16 mm, adaptable to measure, applicable without prior cutting of all stocks, even irregular and with partial retraction. Hollister synthetic adhesive on the edges ensures immediate adhesion and improves the safety in use preventing the risk of detachment. Transparent protection film with tongue and custom fit guide, protects hydrocolloid and facilitates processing. Floating flange with Center Point Lock coupling mechanism, designed to allow the atraumatic application without pressure on the abdomen, makes less rigid and more comfortable the sacca-placca system. Ultra thin allows maximum freedom of movement. A "Clic" confirming the closure of the locking mechanism ensures absolute safety.
Not sterile. Disposable. Without latex, DEHP, DBP and BBP.
Duration in use: it is recommended to hold the plate from 2 to 7 days.
