Description
The Conform 2 CeraPlus Convessa Soft plate is a medical device for use with Conform 2 bags for choleostomy, ileostomy and urostomy. Square anatomical design plate with rounded corners, ensures maximum flexibility and adaptable to the contours of the body, for the benefit of comfort and |adhesion, against the risk of infiltration.
With CeraPlus hydrocolloid, with Remois technology, and infused with ceramides. Ceramide is a natural component of the skin that helps prevent transepidermal water loss that can cause dryness and skin damage. CeraPlus is designed to protect the natural skin hydration barrier and helps maintain healthy peristomal skin from day one.
Soft convex profile thanks to the flexible insert, depth of about 6 mm, atraumatic, with anatomically designed design to uniform the pressure on the whole area concerned.
The adhesive board helps to ensure greater tranquility to the patient and to increase confidence, especially in case of skin folds and variable topography. Simple to use, it does not require additional products. Wall decal thinner at the edges to prevent the lifting caused by moisture and movement.
Self-supporting protective barrier with differentiated thickness, extremely flexible, with decreasing thickness from the centre to the edges.
Transparent protection film with tab and cut-out guide, to facilitate the inspection of hydrocolloid, preparation and application.
The floating flange (Hollister Incorporated patent) with Center Point Lock coupling mechanism, designed to allow the atraumatic application without pressure on the abdomen, makes the ultra thin sack-plaque system less rigid and more comfortable and allows maximum freedom of movement. A "click" confirms the closure of the locking mechanism ensuring absolute safety.
Latex-free.
No phthalates: DEHP, DBP and BBP.

It is recommended to keep the plaque in place from 2 to 7 days.
