Conform 2 Convex Plate With Wall decal is a medical device indicated for Colostomia, Ileostomia and Urostomia. Two-piece system for use with Conform 2.
Square plate with rounded corners, size approx 100x100 mm, maximum flexibility and adaptability to the contours of the body, for the benefit of comfort and adherence, against the risk of infiltration. Convex profile, depth of about 4.5 mm, atraumatic, with anatomically designed design for uniform pressure on the whole area concerned. Retaliable from 13 mm, more adaptability to irregular stocks. Self-supporting protective barrier with differentiated thickness, extremely flexible, with decreasing thickness from the centre to the edges. Idrocolloide FlexWear, high resistance for longer life, erosion resistance, maintains the shape even in the presence of fluids and guarantees maximum protection in the peristomal area. Hollister synthetic adhesive, facilitates application, ensures immediate adhesion and improves safety in use. Transparent protection film with tab and cut-out guide, to facilitate the inspection of hydrocolloid, preparation and application. Floating flange with Center Point Lock coupling mechanism, designed to allow the atraumatic application without pressure on the abdomen, makes less rigid and more comfortable the saccaplacca system. Ultra thin, allows maximum freedom of movement. A "Clic" confirming the closure of the locking mechanism ensures absolute safety.
Not sterile. Disposable. Without latex, DEHP, DBP and BBP.
Duration in use: it is recommended to hold the plate from 2 to 7 days.
