Ingredients

Phosphoserine (natural phospholipide)	200 mg
Vaccinum mirtillus	300 mg
Other ingredients: lemon citrus; lutein; zeaxanthin; vitamin E; rutin.

Mode of use
Take a bottle at the day preferably fasting.
It can be consumed both as it is diluted in warm or cold drinks such as water, tea, milk, fruit juice. Being a natural product the presence of a precipitate on the bottom is to be considered normal.
It is recommended to shake before use.
