Lotion

CE medical device, class I. Lotion that protects both from UVB rays and UVA rays. Contains large spectrum photostable filters and is water resistant. Actinica Lotion also has moisturizing properties to improve skin conditions. The absence of perfume and conventional polyethyleneglycol emulsifiers (PEG) ensures a good tolerance of the fluid and the possibility, therefore, to use it also on the most sensitive skin.

Mode of use
Apply every morning and year a plentiful amount of Actinica Lotion on all skin areas that are exposed to the sun during the day. Use Actinica before applying cosmetic products (let Actinica Lotion absorb in the skin for a few minutes). Repeat the application after prolonged contact with water or in the presence of strong sweating. Avoid direct exposure to the sun and wear a protective clothing. The skin surface varies from person to person; the following figure provides a maximum indication of the dose to be used. The use of a smaller amount of product can decrease the protective effectiveness.
For optimal distribution of the product and a pleasant sensation on the skin, apply a first dose of product on the face and repeat the application after 5–10 minutes. Caution: do not let more than 10– 15 minutes pass between the two applications. Indications for the amount of product to be applied on the face, scalp, etc. may be of reference to determine the dose required for other skin areas. At first use it is necessary to press the dispenser several times to provide the fluid, the first dispenses do not provide the complete dose. Press slowly to get full dose.

Precautions of use
It is not possible to exclude side effects to one of the components of Actinica Lotion. If, after a short exposure to the sun, irritation, rash or reaction similar to a sunburn, this would indicate that the product generates unwanted effects. In this case, the treatment should be stopped and it is recommended to contact a doctor. Avoid any contact with the eyes since Actinica Lotion could cause a burning sensation in case of direct contact with the eyes. In this case rinse your eyes with plenty of water. It is also recommended to wear sunglasses with anti-UV protection to protect the eyes.

Use in combination with mosquito repellent products
If you use Actinica Lotion in combination with a mosquito repellent product, apply Actinica Lotion first. Wait about 20 minutes before applying the mosquito repellent product. In this case, consider that the protection offered by Actinica Lotion could be reduced.

Special warnings
UV protection filters in Actinica Lotion can spot garments, plastics and other materials, such as swimming pools coating films. It is therefore recommended not to apply Actinica Lotion immediately before dressing.
