DescriptionFood supplement based on herbs, amino acids and vitamins. Valerian, passiflora, odorous asperula, hops and chamomile favor sleep and, together with bitter orange, promote relaxation. Valerian and hops are useful to relieve stress while bitter orange and chamomile help maintain mental well-being. In addition, vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12, C, folic acid and biotin support normal psychological function.

Mode of use
We recommend taking 5 tablets once or twice a day at any time (from 5 to 10 pills per day); it is recommended to take one of the two doses after dinner or before going to sleep. Close carefully after use.
