Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); coating agent (capsula): hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; UC-II (collagen from chicken cartilage powder; stabilizer: potassium chloride), manganese gluconate, boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.) gommoresina e.s.; charge agent: cellulose; vitamin D (calciferol), copper citrate; dye: E172.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take a capsule per day to swallow with water. Recommended minimum cycle: three months.
