Description
Cumin food supplement. The cumin promotes digestive function, regular gastrointestinal motility and gas elimination as well as helping to counter the disorders of the menstrual cycle.

Ingredients
Cumino (Cuminum cyminum) fruit o.e.
2 drops on average contain 87 mg of o.e. of a cumin.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 drops per day of essential oil to dilute in a food to taste or in a bottle of water to be consumed during the day (act well before drinking).
The external use for relaxing massages is possible by diluting properly into an emollient base, or adding some drops in the aroma diffusers.
Close carefully after use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Use diluted. Avoid contact with eyes and mucosa.
