Ingredients
Powder of: Sugar, Male Orchid (Orchis mascula L.Tuber, Mandorla (Prunus dulcis Webb) semen; dry extract of: AshvagandhaSomnifera (L.) Dunal] root, Mandukparni (Asian Centella.) herba; Cardamom powder (Elettaria cardamomum Maton.) semen; natural aroma.

Mode of use
1 teaspoon (3 g) twice a day at meals dissolved in hot or fresh water.
