Bisglycinate with magnesium; external casing: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; vitamin K2 (menachinone-7), vitamin B2 (riboflavine), stabilizers: calcium phosphates; anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Without gluten.
Of course without lactose.

One capsule per day preferably after the meal and always according to medical advice.
