Description
Food supplement based on teanine, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), extracts of griffonia and valerian, essential oil of melissa and phosphoserine. Griffonia, in synergy with the essential oil of melissa, contributes to relaxation and mental well-being. Valerian, in synergy with griffonia, is useful in fostering physiological sleep. The valerian also facilitates relaxation, especially during periods of increased stress.
Ingredients
Charging agents: dicalcium phosphate, cellulose; L-theanine, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), 5-HTP from griffonia seeds [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.], valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) e.s. tit. to 0.8% in sesquiterpenic acids calculated as valerenic acid; coating agents: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, fatty acids, magnesium carbonate, glycerol; stabilizer: hydroxy-propyl-cellulose; anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melissa (Melissa officinalis L., essential oil); coloring: E132.

Mode of use
Take from one to two tablets in need.
