DescriptionPotassium citrate is an organic form in which potassium ions bind to citric acid. Citrates, by their very nature, are highly bioavailable so high dosages are not required to be effective. Citric acid is an organic acid that is normally found in fruit and is effectively linked to many minerals and nutrients in traces, acting as a vehicle through gastrointestinal mucosa.
- Potassium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function, to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
- Citrate minerals have a high level of absorption and require little acidification to be assimilated by the intestinal mucosa.
- The raw materials used are GMO free and are not irradiated.
Ingredients
Potassium citrate, charge agent (cellulose), capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), antiagglomerate (magnesium stearate).
It does not contain: dairy products, lactose, sucrose, wheat, soy, artificial dyes, artificial preservatives, artificial aromas.
