Description
Food supplement based on manganese, useful to help maintain bones and, together with copper, promote the formation of connective tissues and protect cells from oxidative stress. Copper assists the functioning of the immune system and nervous system and helps maintain normal skin and hair pigmentation. In addition, manganese and copper promote energy metabolism.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 scoop (10 ml) diluted in little water, one or two times a day at any time (from 10 to 20 ml per day). It is suggested to drink the product to small sips to promote sublingual assimilation. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed during the day.
