Ashvagandha and Shatavari act favorably as tonics for physical and mental fatigue.

Ingredients
Powder of: Ashvagandha [Somnifera (L.) Dunal.] radix, Shatavari [Asparagus racemosus (Willd.) Oberm.] radix; stabilizers: arabic gum, magnesium salts of fatty acids (stearic); antiagglomerating: magnesium silicate.

Mode of use
1 tablet twice a day with hot milk, ghee or hot water. You can increase your dose and extend your intake according to the advice of your nutritionist consultant.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice.
