SenSura Mio Convex Flip

Coloplast SenSura Mio Convex Flip is a single-piece bag indicated in the collection of the deities of the bearers of urostomy.
The bag is open with a fold-out tap.
The color of the bag is innovative and discreet, specially designed not to be visible under the garments.
Transparent pockets allow full visibility of the contents in the front, while posteriorly they are covered with fabric for greater comfort in contact with the skin.
The soft material faucet allows to be connected to most of the collection devices from leg and bed. It can be folded and placed below the folded pocket to ensure greater discretion and safety.
The adhesive, designed thanks to BodyFit Technology, is elastic, newly designed and formed by two layers; has five-petal star shape and its elastic structure ensures adhesiveness, safety and skin protection:
- in the innermost layer the special structure of small hydrocolloid ingloba lattice: in contact with the deiations is transformed into a thick and compact gel, with high resistance to erosion. This creates a protective seal that reduces the infiltration of infiltrations together with the maintenance of the correct gradient of skin moisture, favoring tissue repair;
- in the closest part to the stoma the adhesive is equipped with a ring that gives stability and support to the stoma;
- in the outermost layer the elastic adhesive capacity allows this layer to adapt perfectly to the irregularities of the skin offering a high instant adhesiveness and consequent safety in use;
- the adhesive has a simple cut guide: cutting circles are soft, there are different cutting dimensions with strong contrasts for users with poor visual capacity, circles do not intersect.
The product has a tab for removing the coloured adhesive in turquoise to make it more visible, and with easy thumb-shaped handle.
The bag is equipped with a new circular filtering system. The filter consists of a very wide and circular pre-filter area that allows it to block any type of effluent before it comes into contact with the filter membranes. This prevents obstruction. The filter is in activated carbon placed inside the bag itself in the front under the inspectable pocket and ensures deodoration.
Warnings
Treatment of a medical device under Directive 93/42/EEC - class I - non sterile.
No contraindications.
Valid 3 years from the date of production.
The product does not contain ecotoxic components therefore it does not need special disposal protocols.
Do not disperse in the environment as it is not biodegradable.
Conservation
We recommend the preservation in the original package protected from light and moisture, at a constant temperature between 15° and 30°.
