Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, L-arginine; acidity concealer: citric acid; beta alanine, magnesium oxide, potassium citrate, aromas, maltodextrin, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); eulcorant: sucralose; ferric diphosphate; eulcorant: acesulphame K; zinc citrate; coloring: betacarotene; vitamin B1 (thioamine hydrochloride).

Mode of use
Dissolve the contents of a bag in a glass of hot or cold water (200 ml).
